Some technological problems in RP-AMS process, such as dies-oriented stereolithography ( SL) prototype fabrication 、 plaster transition molding manufacturing 、 metal arc spraying and dies-reinforcing, are solved in this paper. A way of secondary structure-design is brought forward in this paper. 详细介绍了该工艺中涉及的诸多技术问题,如面向板料成形模具的光固化原型制造、石膏过渡模型翻制、金属电弧喷涂工艺参数及模具加固等问题,并提出二次结构设计方法。
